Terry Speake
    Terry has lived and worked in the Springfield, MO area for the majority of his life. Graduating from Willard High School in Willard, MO in 1978, Terry continued on to attend Southwest Missouri State University for 2 years, majoring in Physics and minoring in Mathematics. He worked at traffic signal maintenance in both Springfield and Columbia, MO and also in general maintenance at Battlefield Lanes in Springfield, MO. Terry worked at Beaman Electric Inc. from 1994 until they closed in 2011 when he and his wife Debbie opened Springfield Electric LLC. Terry served on the Trades Board in Springfield, MO for the maximum of 6 years and he currently serves on the Springfield Board of Adjustment.


Debbie Speake
    Debbie graduated from Kickapoo High School in 1981. From there she went on to receive a Certificate of Business from Draughon Business College. She began her construction career as an office manager with Saul A Nuccitelli. Debbie became a licensed notary in 1999 and maintains it today. She worked as a secretary until being promoted to office manager at Saddleback Development (formerly Reed-Kramer Construction/Reed & Associates Construction). In 2003, she became an office manager at Beaman Electric, which she held until 2011. Debbie is currently the local chapter president of the National Association of Women In Construction and also serves on the Salute to Construction Council.
